House Rules & Policy

• No Smoking - in Rooms or Common areas. Policy - after review should there be a smoking odor you could be charged a further cleaning fee of $250 usd 
• Cancellation Policy is 48Hrs prior to arrival. If not canceled 48Hrs prior the guest will be charged for the full reservation total.
• Damage Policy - for any missing or damaged items like towels or bedding, we will charge a damage fee up to and including full replacement value (up to $500 usd)
